After your title is rendered, note that it ends rather abruptly at seven seconds. This looks bad.

For a smoother look, select the Transition Pane and drag the cross dissolve transition to the area between the title clip and the rest of the motion background. When you are in the proper area, the clips will slide apart giving you room to drop the transition.

Adjust the transition timing with the Speed slider at the top of the pane.

After rendering note that the title fades nicely back into the background.

Lastly, smooth the transition from the background into the start of your movie by adding another transition in the same way as in the previous step.

In this case we went with the Circle Opening transition.

After everything renders, play the sequences in the Monitor. If you need to make any changes, select the clip and then go to the Pane you need by clicking the appropriate Pane Button. Keep in mind that if you change the clip with the title, that you will have to discard the transition that comes after it.
